Request for Deputation before Council

Deputation requests must be submitted no later than 4:30p.m. 7 calendar days prior to the preferred meeting date. Meetings take place the first and third Tuesday of each month unless otherwise noted.

Once your deputation request has been received and approved for a Council meeting date, you will receive further detailed instructions on how to participate in the Council meeting.
